Overview
Track and manage your inventory stock levels across all locations.
Adding Stock
Recording Stock Receipts
- Go to "Inventory" > "Stock Management"
- Click "Add Stock"
- Select the product
- Enter quantity received
- Select warehouse location
- Click "Save"
Stock Receipt Details
- Product and quantity
- Warehouse location
- Receipt date
- Reference number (PO, invoice, etc.)
- Cost per unit
Adjusting Stock
Stock Adjustments
- Go to "Inventory" > "Stock Management"
- Click "Adjust Stock"
- Select the product
- Enter adjustment quantity
- Enter reason for adjustment
- Click "Save"

- Damage or loss
- Inventory count discrepancy
- Return from customer
- Correction of error
- Theft or shrinkage

Viewing Stock Levels
- Go to "Inventory" > "Stock Management"
- View current stock levels
- Filter by product or location
- Sort by quantity or value

- Reorder level
- Quantity on order
- Stock value
- Last updated
Low Stock Alerts
Setting Reorder Levels
- Go to "Inventory" > "Products"
- Click on the product
- Set "Reorder Level"
- Set "Reorder Quantity"
- Click "Save"

- Automatic alerts when stock falls below reorder level

Stock Valuation
Valuation Methods
- FIFO: First In, First Out
- LIFO: Last In, First Out
- Average Cost: Weighted average cost

- Total stock value = Quantity × Unit Cost
