Creating Your Account

Sign Up Process

Follow these steps to create your Quick Accounting account:

Step 1: Access the Sign-Up Page

1. Visit www.myquickapp.com
2. Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage
3. You will be directed to the registration form

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Fill in the following details:

• Full Name: Your complete name
• Email Address: A valid email address (this will be your login username)
• Password: Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters)
• Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm
• Phone Number: Your contact phone number
• Country: Select your country from the dropdown

Step 3: Accept Terms and Conditions

• Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Check the box to accept the terms
• Click the "Create Account" button

Step 4: Verify Your Email

• Check your email inbox for a verification message from Quick Accounting
• Click the verification link in the email
• Your account will be activated

Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 8 characters long
• At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
• At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• At least one number (0-9)
• At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Tip: Use a password manager to generate and store strong passwords securely.

What Happens Next?

After creating your account, you will:

1. Receive a welcome email with setup instructions
2. Be prompted to create your first organization/company
3. Set up your chart of accounts
4. Configure tax settings
5. Invite team members (optional)

Troubleshooting

Didn't receive verification email?

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Wait a few minutes and check again
• Request a new verification email from the login page

Password doesn't meet requirements?

• Ensure your password includes uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
• Make sure it's at least 8 characters long

Email already registered?

• If you already have an account, use the login page instead
• If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page

Once your account is verified, proceed to logging in and then setting up your company.
